Until today the 1991 founded SYSGO was able to finance its growth from 3 to 60 engineers by itself. For the European launch of PikeOS, SYSGO decided to raise new capital for the first time in its history. The former owner of SYSGO (founders and employees) still own more than 75% of the shares.
"With PikeOS we are entering into a new period of growth, this has to be financed properly", explains Knut Degen, founder and CEO of SYSGO. "We are glad to have Equinet on our side, knowing that they fully support our long-term strategy."
Topics like Security, Safety and Embedded Systems are the talk of the town", says Dr. Thomas Hoch, Managing Partner at Equinet Ventures. "With SYSGO we are accompanying the Market Leader in Germany during the roll-out of a great product in this area - for us a sound investment."
